Now, "market and corporate reform" is pretty generally accepted to be code for "charter schools", which many adherents to the status quo view as a threat to the traditional structure of public education. So it seems to me that Mr. Zimmer is saying two diametrically opposed things -- depending on his audience. And that troubles me deeply.by Heidi Preston
