This is a weak and petty argument. PUC immediately responded appropriately when they found out an employee had ties to this vendor (and this is stated very clearly in the article you included above). Also, if you're implying that Ref knew about that tie or in any way did anything nefarious that's a very illogical argument. Why would he risk his school and his career for a very small political contribution. Also, his track record and integrity prove a very different case. Also... he doesn't promote charters for charter's sake. Review the enclosed link where he's encouraging philanthropists to fund other school models and not just charters.
